Before things change again – as they usually do — it is important to stop and celebrate success and the changes made, while taking time to consolidate and update new capabilities and competencies. There may be a need for MORE change, but failing to consolidate gains makes little sense and undermines our personal and collective sense of achievement.
So before you move on to the next change initiative, take some time to appreciate what has been learned and achieved and to understand who you are now — a changed person or organization. This awareness validates all the hard work that has been accomplished and helps to create a culture of success and personal well being
