With QwikCoach we’ve created an online coaching platform with great coaching content that replicates and reflects the work we’ve successfully done for decades — helping people and organizations achieve new levels of success. We took what we learned working with dozens of companies and thousands of people and channeled the advice we provided and the insights those we coached discovered, to create an online coaching experience that delivers much of the same benefits clients have received for years. The result – QwikCoach, and the ability to help people discover better ways to overcome everyday workplace challenges and achieve significantly higher levels of workplace success.
ECA’s vision is to be a leader in workplace performance coaching and, whenever possible, to partner with associations, technology companies, coaches, and other providers of learning and performance improvement strategies to leverage the use of our tools and processes for promoting organizational success and individual growth and development. In this way, we believe we can bring the most innovative approaches for learning and performance improvement to market quickly and provide quality workplace coaching support to the broadest range of individuals and organizations possible.
Our aim is to use current technology to expand the quality, quantity, and affordability of coaching in order to help people perform at their best at work. As such, we are in the business of supporting both organizational goals and individual workers by providing easy-to-use and valuable expert coaching content, know-how, resources, and discussions about performance and performance improvement to as many people in the workplace as possible.

Our commitment to e-coaching has been made stronger by observing the evolution of e-learning because we believe e-coaching will take a similar path. Little more than two decades ago e-learning was in its infancy. A few with vision saw its potential — not to replace traditional learning methods but to supplement and extend them. Initially, many were resistant to this “learning evolution” while others took a “wait and see” approach. Now e-learning is widely accepted and used by organizations and individuals alike.
We believe e-coaching is on a similar path today and that it presents a similar opportunity. Like e-learning, e-coaching will not be a replacement for traditional methods but rather an effective supplement to them. Consequently, e-coaching will extend the benefits of coaching to millions by breaking down the barriers of time, cost, and place.
