Dr. Pat Gill Webber, Co-Founder and Principal of E-Coach Associates, Inc.
We have always been able to help individuals and organizations with great coaching. Not that long ago, however, all of this support had to be delivered in person. Now with new technology, we can provide real coaching online. As a result, individuals can receive the same targeted, meaningful advice and access to valuable resources more economically and at any time.
As Chief Content Officer, Dr. Pat oversees the development of coaching materials and all content for QwikCoach. In this role, she focuses on coaching issues, providing guidance on state of the art coaching practices that shape the direction of the coaching products and services provided by ECA. She also works with business leaders to understand workplace performance needs. This understanding is used to help keep e-coach customer-focused. She is currently writing a new article on the future of coaching.
Pat’s book Change Ahead: Working in a Post 9/11 World explores how to survive and thrive in today’s complex workplace. She also writes a blog on workplace issues — from the viewpoint of a coach and coaching expert.
