Fred Diamond oversees technology and product capability at E-Coach Associates. In this capacity, Fred is pioneering new ways to offer workplace coaching support to improve the way coaching is provided in today’s workplace. As more and more coaching is needed, Fred is leveraging years of coaching experience to help create a unique on demand coaching experience.
In addition to coaching, Fred’s areas of expertise include organization design, operations, management, and organizational change and transformation. His work spans over 30 years and has resulted in improvements affecting tens of thousands of workers for organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Fred’s approach is to work closely with all levels of management and staff to assess needs, build consensus, achieve breakthroughs, and deliver consistently outstanding results. From the implementation of innovative programs, to creative use of technology, to hands-on performance coaching engagements, Fred consistently finds new ways to help people achieve significantly better results.
