Grace Ahrend oversees the design and creation of QwikCoach solutions for use by individuals and organizations. In this capacity, Grace ensures the deployment of programs with the highest levels of quality and effectiveness. Grace is a seasoned communications specialist with over 25 years of diverse corporate and consulting experience in writing, development, and training. Her work has given thousands of individuals the tools and skills they need to communicate more effectively; engage in successful interviews and negotiations; and lead or participate in efficient and effective business meetings, team-based work, and problem-solving activity.
Grace is exceptionally thorough in analyzing and synthesizing data and information. As a result, her clients always undertake projects with a sound basis for developing relevant, effective ideas and solutions. She is also unique in her ability to provide the right combination of feedback and support that enables others to “learn while they are doing.” With her training and direction, individuals at all levels of an organization are able to be productive while they acquire new capabilities, and organizations can function successfully as they continue to improve.
