Coaching Others for Performance Excellence (COPE)

Description

COPE Program breakdown: 

• In Part 1, you’ll learn more about the what, why, how, when, and who of coaching – what it is, why it’s important and how, when to do it, and who is involved in coaching.
• In Part 2, we’ll introduce you to coaching skills – what you’ll need to do to be a highly effective coach. We’ll discuss the role that listening and feedback play and the importance of providing feedback that’s positive and at times what we call constructive.
• In Part 3, you’ll find out how to use QwikCoach to make coaching as easy and as “on target” as possible. You’ll also learn how to plan a coaching interaction and how to implement it successfully by using QwikCoach to involve others in the kind of learning and collaboration that good coaching is all about.
