Today, more and more organizations are asking – and expecting – managers and leaders at all levels to be effective coaches.
Some are, but many more need to develop and strengthen this critically important skill.
How Does the COPE Program Work?
In this 3-part training experience (offer virtually or in person), called Coaching Others for Performance Excellence, managers get the insights and information needed to be a more effective coach in today’s complex and challenging work environment.
With 23 videos and over 40 targeted learning activities, managers will have everything they need to start their journey to becoming a highly effective workplace manager/coach.
And with this program, organizations don’t have to stop with Managers. Organizations also have the option of offering this program to everyone. In this way workers at all levels will understand the coaching process and the role they play as “coach” or as “coachee” (the person being coached).
